  • Almond milk lattes, homemade bread, and some good company, it really doesn’t get much better than that. I made this bread yesterday and brought it with me to the coffee shop because who doesn’t love a good latte and some homemade bread?! I’ll post the recipe down below and I hope you enjoy 🤗 BREAD RECIPE: 💞 2 cups almond flour 💞 1/4 cup coconut flour 💞 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut flakes 💞 1/3 cup melted coconut oil 💞 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup 💞 3 eggs 💞 1/2 cup diced apples 💞 1/2 raisins or dried cranberries 💞 1/2 cup chopped nuts of choice 💞 1 tsp vanilla 💞 1 tsp baking powder 💞 1 tsp baking soda 💞 pinch of salt 💞 lots of love!! Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease a bread pan and set aside. Put melted coconut oil, honey, eggs, and vanilla extract in a large bowl and mix together. Add in the rest of your ingredients and mix together until we’ll incorporate. Bake for around 35 minutes! Enjoy!

I made this the other day without the coconut flour and the almond flour and used soy but flour instead bc it had less carbs and more protein and it was a lot cheaper. It was soooo good. It’s good by itself or with almond butter. Awesome recipe.

I just have to say, I have made this twice in the past three weeks and am totally OBSESSED. I added pistachios, dried cherries, chocolate chips, and cinnamon. Don’t get me wrong, I love bananas, but I was so excited to see a bread recipe that did NOT have banana on he ingredient list! So so good. Thanks for sharing!
