Almond milk lattes, homemade bread, and some good company, it really doesn’t get much better than that. I made this bread yesterday and brought it with me to the coffee shop because who doesn’t love a good latte and some homemade bread?! I’ll post the recipe down below and I hope you enjoy 🤗
💞 2 cups almond flour
💞 1/4 cup coconut flour
💞 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut flakes 💞 1/3 cup melted coconut oil
💞 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
💞 3 eggs
💞 1/2 cup diced apples
💞 1/2 raisins or dried cranberries
💞 1/2 cup chopped nuts of choice
💞 1 tsp vanilla
💞 1 tsp baking powder 💞 1 tsp baking soda 💞 pinch of salt

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease a bread pan and set aside. Put melted coconut oil, honey, eggs, and vanilla extract in a large bowl and mix together. Add in the rest of your ingredients and mix together until we’ll incorporate. Bake for around 35 minutes! Enjoy!
