What better way to celebrate Saturday than with some stacks!? ๐ฅ I woke up and asked my mom what I should have for breakfast and she said โhm pancakesโ and if thereโs one thing I have learned thus far itโs Mom knows best, and she proved that again with suggesting this stellar breakfast! The recipe is my go-to because itโs so easy and so good! Iโve posted the recipe probably just shy of 100 times, but Iโll post it down below again to get us closer to that triple digit mark. PANCAKE RECIPE:
๐ 1/4 cup coconut flour
๐ 3 egg whites
๐ 1/4 + 1 tablespoon almond milk
๐ 1 tablespoon yogurt or mashed banana
๐ 1 scoop collagen (can omit if not your thing) ๐ 1 tsp of vanilla extract, cinnamon, and maca powder
๐ 1 tsp baking powder and baking soda
๐ pinch of salt
Just mix all your ingredients in a bowl! You may need to add more almond milk depending on the consistency you want but this always works for me!
