  • Pro tip: when you want to share a recipe be sure you save enough of whatever it is in order to take a photo ๐Ÿ˜‚ since I didnโ€™t have enough of either (because i ate them all) i had to combine them for the photo so this post contains 2 recipes!! Iโ€™ll share them both down below! Hope you enjoy๐Ÿค— PEANUT BUTTER DARK CHOCOLATE ENERGY BALLS: ๐Ÿ’ž 1 cup oats ๐Ÿ’ž 1/2 cup peanut butter ๐Ÿ’ž 1/4 cup maple syrup ๐Ÿ’ž 1/3 cup cocoa ๐Ÿ’ž 2 tablespoons flax seed ๐Ÿ’ž handful of dark chocolate chips ๐Ÿ’ž pinch of salt ๐Ÿ’ž dash of almond milk to thin out (just eyeball this) Put all ingredients in a blender (except chocolate chips), and you know blend, until it gets to a dough like consistency, if you need more almond milk then add it. Stir in chocolate chips. Then roll into balls and store in the fridge. DATE AND NUT ENERGY BALLS: ๐Ÿ’ž 2 cups pitted dates ๐Ÿ’ž 1 cup nuts (I used pecans and almonds) ๐Ÿ’ž 1/3 cup dried cranberries or cherries ๐Ÿ’ž 1/4 cup chocolate chips ๐Ÿ’ž 1 tsp vanilla extract ๐Ÿ’ž pinch of salt Put ingredients (except cranberries and chocolate) in a blender and blend (you may have to add a little water for the dates to blend into a nice consistency). Take that mixture and once the I gradients are well combined stir in your dried fruit and chocolate chips. Roll into balls and store in the fridge!
