Pro tip: when you want to share a recipe be sure you save enough of whatever it is in order to take a photo 😂 since I didn’t have enough of either (because i ate them all) i had to combine them for the photo so this post contains 2 recipes!! I’ll share them both down below! Hope you enjoy🤗
PEANUT BUTTER DARK CHOCOLATE ENERGY BALLS:
💞 1 cup oats
💞 1/2 cup peanut butter 💞 1/4 cup maple syrup
💞 1/3 cup cocoa
💞 2 tablespoons flax seed
💞 handful of dark chocolate chips 💞 pinch of salt
💞 dash of almond milk to thin out (just eyeball this)
Put all ingredients in a blender (except chocolate chips), and you know blend, until it gets to a dough like consistency, if you need more almond milk then add it. Stir in chocolate chips. Then roll into balls and store in the fridge.
DATE AND NUT ENERGY BALLS:
💞 2 cups pitted dates 💞 1 cup nuts (I used pecans and almonds)
💞 1/3 cup dried cranberries or cherries
💞 1/4 cup chocolate chips
💞 1 tsp vanilla extract 💞 pinch of salt
Put ingredients (except cranberries and chocolate) in a blender and blend (you may have to add a little water for the dates to blend into a nice consistency). Take that mixture and once the I gradients are well combined stir in your dried fruit and chocolate chips. Roll into balls and store in the fridge!
