  • Pro tip: if you use an semi empty jar of @eatnuttzo as a bowl, it greatly improves the quality of your meal. Had this post practice where i went for a wog (walk/jog) and it hit the spot! I was just really feeling those 13 miles from yesterday and you do what you gotta do 😂 I filled my jar with cashew yogurt, coconut yogurt, banana🍌, pecans, cocoa nibs, walnuts and some granola!
