  • Who likes breakfast?! 🙋‍♀️ and who likes cookies?! 🙋‍♀️ now who likes breakfast cookies?!🙋‍♀️🙋‍♀️ these are really any time of the day cookies, I just threw the word breakfast in front of them so I can feel better about myself when somebody asks me why I’m eating cookies at 7am. (Not like you actually need to justify this) but I can politely respond, “uh they’re breakfast cookies” and then they go, “ohhhh!” And that’s really the end of the story. I’ll leave the recipe down below if you make them be sure to let me know because it makes my day! Hope you all have a great one 😊 BREAKFAST COOKIES: 💞 2 cups oats 💞 2 ripe bananas 💞 1/2 cup nut butter of choice (I used @eatnuttzo crunchy power fuel but any will work) 💞 1/4 cup maple syrup 💞 1/3 cup nuts (can omit) 💞 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips 💞 1 tsp baking powder 💞 pinch of salt 💞 1 tsp vanilla extract 💞 cinnamon (go crazy) Preheat the over to 350. Mash your bananas in a bowl until they resemble an apple sauce consistency. Mix in nut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract and stir until well incorporated. Then add in oats, baking power, salt, and cinnamon and mix together. Then stir in nuts and chocolate chips. Place on a lined baking sheet and bake for around 15 minutes! Enjoy 🙂
