  • The other day I was sitting at my desk, supposed to be doing my schoolwork, and I thought I smelled brownies. There were definitely no brownies around so I figured I better make some, and well here they are, and they are definitely delicious!! ๐Ÿคค Iโ€™ll post the recipe down below! Enjoy ๐Ÿค— BROWNIE RECIPE: ๐Ÿ’ž 1 cup nut butter of choice ๐Ÿ’ž 4 eggs ๐Ÿ’ž 1/2 cup cocoa powder ๐Ÿ’ž 1/3 cup maple syrup (I think applesauce would work as well) ๐Ÿ’ž 1-2 tablespoons coconut flour ๐Ÿ’ž 1 tsp vanilla extract ๐Ÿ’ž 1 tsp baking powder ๐Ÿ’ž pinch of salt Line an 9x9 baking dish and preheat the oven to 325F. In a large bowl beat the eggs, and then stir in your nut butter until smooth. Add in your maple syrup and vanilla extract and mix. Then add in cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, and coconut flour and stir that well. Once everything is combined cook for around 15-20 minutes but keep a tight eye on them!
