  • This morning my run was so slow that I thought my Garmin malfunctioned. I came home and mapped out my run, and came to the realization that my Garmin in fact did not malfunction, it was just me. So that’s where we’re at with that. I guess you really can’t win them all. It could have also had to do with the fact that I ate breakfast no more than 7 minutes before I decided to get after it, so I now know that 7 minutes isn’t enough time. Next time I’ll try 10 instead. Anyways the breakfast deets are as simple as it gets! 👉 spinach🍃, 2 eggs 🍳, roasted sweet potatoes, peanut butter, and some dark chocolate @salbachia seeds! Hope you all have a great day! 🤗

I miss having eggs like this for breakfast! and love the color from the seasonings😛 maybe tomorrow you’ll need an extra minute after breakfast 😉
