There are 4 things that I have zero portion control with, and that’s granola, trail mix, nut butter, and these energy balls. I. Am. Obsessed. And I have zero shame. I’ll post the recipe down below and if you make them let me know even though I’ll have food jealousy I love seeing all of your creations!🤗
💞 1/2 nut butter of choice (I used @eatnuttzo) 💞 1/4 cup maple syrup 💞 1/2 cup flaxseed meal
💞 2 scoops @vitalproteins collagen (you can sub for a different protein powder or omit completely but then you won’t get those #gains lol jk)
💞 handful of chocolate chips
💞 1 tsp vanilla
Mix your nut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a bowl until well combined. Then add in flaxseed meal, collagen, and chocolate chips and stir until well incorporated. Roll into balls and store in the fridge! You can also drizzle more pb and coconut yogurt on them for some extra yum!
