  • I started out last summer so organized. I bought thread boxes and wrapped all my floss by number. Now I have a big basket of threads and buy what inspires me. Wrapping thread seems too time consuming most days. Anyone agree? I’d rather be #stitching βœ‚οΈπŸŒˆ

YES! I agree, it can take so long. Thankfully my sweet boyfriend helps me wrap while I stitch.

Yup I throw all the greens in one box and all the others in their like boxes. Shove them in the cupboard and out of sight 😌

I've kind of never understood wrapping them on cards. What's wrong with the skeins? There are great thread boxes that are divided into skein sized portions

Back in the cross stitch days, I bagged by numbers in zip lock bags. Now I pull out the colors I want. Maybe I will re do the bags by color.

But at one time I used the card method and also thought it was a waste of time.
